The car was stolen on July 3 from a family of four friends at Cross Roads Park in Mowbray, Northamptonshire.

A young family who went up to the spot to photograph the car when it was stolen, was so nervous they called their father who called the police with their driver’s licence on to find the car taken.

Police said the youngster had a broken nose and was taken to Mowbray’s Royal Veterinary Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
